I
About
I moved to Saint-Barthélemy several years ago and never left. I speak French, English, and Spanish. I manage villas across the island, from Pointe Milou to Colombier to Toiny, for owners based in New York, Miami, Paris, London. I'm here through low season and hurricane season, exactly when most of the island leaves and your villa needs eyes on the ground. I supervise renovation work, close villas before storms, and reopen them when you're ready. I'm built for volume and actively growing my portfolio. If you're considering a villa manager or just want advice from someone who knows the island inside out, I'm happy to meet, walk your property, and share what I've learned. No commitment, no sales pitch.
One person. Your keys.
The whole island.

What I do
-
Core role
Planning & Team Coordination
I keep track of every booking, every turnover, every maintenance window. Direct line to the rental agency managers, not just their concierges and butler teams. Decisions made fast, schedules stay tight, nothing slips.
-
Villa Visits & Documented Reports
Regular property checks, not only when there's a problem. Photo state reports, damage documentation, maintenance log: everything traceable for you, your insurer, and your agency.
-
Maintenance & Technical Watch
Pool, garden, AC, shutters, plumbing, generator. Either with my vetted local network or with the contractors you already trust. Follow-up until the job is done, paperwork kept.
-
Guest Welcome & Concierge
Fridge stocked, AC pre-set, flowers, music on. I greet your guests, walk them through the villa, hand over the keys. On request: restaurant tables, beach plans, boat charters, anything they need.
-
Showings & Walkthroughs
Always available to show your villa to prospective owners or renters. Walkthrough on the day, key handling, debrief with you and the agency manager. Same care for a one-off viewing or a recurring listing.
-
Housekeeping, Linen & Inventory
Full cleaning between every stay, linen rotation, restocking essentials, inventory tracking. I manage the housekeeping team directly and walk the villa before every arrival.
-
Low Season, Hurricane & Renovations
Low season is when I'm most needed: supervising renovation work, closing villas before storms, reopening them when you're ready. Weather alerts, shutters, outdoor furniture, pool equipment, post-storm inspection, claim support, the whole loop.
-
Owner Errands & Admin
Local purchases, deliveries, paperwork, utility bills, courier, mail. Anything that needs doing on the ground while you're not on the island.
-
Trilingual Liaison
French, English, Spanish. I work directly between you, your guests, and any contractor or agency on the island, in their language. Nothing gets lost in translation.
-
24/7 On Call
Leak at 2am, AC failure, storm warning, guest locked out. I answer my phone. Every season, every day.
-
Villa Mini-Sites, Photos & Video
I create a dedicated page for your villa: professional photos, video walkthrough, floor plan, key details. I coordinate the shoot, build the page, and keep it updated. Useful for agency listings, for your own records, or to share with prospective renters.

Frequently asked questions
What does a villa manager in St. Barth actually do?
Everything your villa needs when you're not here. I visit the property regularly, coordinate cleaning and turnovers, manage pool, garden, and AC maintenance, welcome guests personally at the villa, work with your rental agency's concierge team, and handle emergencies around the clock. Read the full guide.
Do you work with my rental agency?
Yes. I work directly with WIMCO, Sibarth, Eden Rock Villa Rental, Le Barth Villa Rental, and My Villa In St Barth, and I integrate with any agency on the island. Direct line to the agency managers, their concierges, and the butler teams. Calendars, turnovers, and villa status coordinated without a switchboard. See how rentals work.
Are you reachable at night and on weekends?
Yes, 24/7. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me. A leak at 2am, a lost guest, an AC failure in August: one number, I answer.
Are you on the island during hurricane season?
Yes. Low season and hurricane season are exactly when I'm most needed. Most seasonal staff and managers leave between June and November. I'm here for those months: supervising renovation work, securing villas before storms (shutters, outdoor furniture, pool equipment), inspecting after, and closing or reopening villas as you need. See the full checklist.
How can you manage my villa when I live thousands of miles away?
You give me the keys and one number is enough. I check in on the villa regularly, send WhatsApp updates with photos when needed, and handle things on the ground with my local network. No switchboard. No intermediaries. Learn why year-round presence matters.
Which neighborhoods of St. Barth do you cover?
Every neighborhood on the island: Pointe Milou, Lurin, Gustavia, Saint-Jean, Colombier, Toiny, Anse des Cayes, Camaruche, Petit Cul-de-Sac, Vitet, Marigot, Flamands.
Can I meet you before committing?
Of course. I'm happy to meet at your villa, walk the property together, and talk through what you need. No commitment required. Many owners reach out just for advice on how villa management works on the island, and that's fine too.
